SHIPPING

We offer free shipping within the continental US.

In-stock pieces are limited and ship within two business days. Please allow up to two to four weeks for your item to ship due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces.

If your selected item is not in-stock a representative will reach out to you directly within one business day (via the email provided on your order) with an estimate of the shipping date. You will be notified via email when the item ships.

If you would like a catalog of our in-stock pieces only please contact us at sales@baronessa.co, or through the contact form for a private shopping appointment offered virtually or in person.

International shipping is subject to taxes, duties, customs and fees based on the destination of the order. By making a purchase you accept all responsibilities for these fees.

Some of the items in the Baronessa collection can be rush-shipped, others cannot.

To inquire about a rush order please email sales@baronessa.co including the piece you are interested in and the date you need it by.

We will let you know as soon as possible the most efficient option for delivery of your item.

There is a surcharge for rush orders and expedited deliveries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day return policy. 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return.

To start a return, you contact us at returns@baronessa.co

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we offer easy returns. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special size orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

WARRANTY, REPAIRS & RESIZING

Accidents happen, we are happy to offer our customers a 120 day warranty on all pieces available on our website, making repairs free of charge within this period.

This warranty does not cover issues from normal wear and tear. Including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched chains, misshapen and/or bent bands, or cracked stones.

Warranty is void on any piece worked on by a party other than Baronessa.

Repairs outside of the 120 day warranty period, or deemed to be caused by misuse, are subject to repair and shipping fees at the expense of the client.

All repairs on international orders are subject to two-way shipping fees.

Most, not all, of our rings can be resized.

Resizing cost is at the expense of the client.

Resizing cost is subject to product-style and changes in the industry, but typically starts at $65.

Shipping fees will be incured by the client on all resizings.

CLEANING & CARE

To clean your jewelry use a soft toothbrush and dish soap to gently scrub the metal and gemstones.

Jewelry is delicate and should be cared for as such. Our tips to prologing the life of your pieces are as follows.

+ Take off jewelry before showering, applying lotion or perfume, exercising, washing dishes, etc.

+ It is not recommended to sleep in your jewelry to avoid tangling, snagging or scratching. Lay jewelry out flat, or place it in it's original packaging.

+ For necklaces it is recommended to clasp the piece when taking off to avoid tangling, especially on dainty pieces.

+ If you have a fine jewelry piece with a pearl, extra care should be taken.
